Reconstitution is just three numbers: how much peptide is in the vial, how much BAC water you add, and how much you want per shot. From there the calculator does the rest — it turns the vial into a strength (mg/mL), then turns your target into a draw volume and the exact units on an insulin syringe. No guessing, no napkin math.
Worked example: a 5 mg vial with 2 mL of BAC water is 2.5 mg/mL. A 250 mcg target is 0.25 mg — that's 0.1 mL, or 10 units on a U-100 barrel.
Everything runs in milligrams and millilitres under the hood, then shows you the unit you picked. Units always use the standard U-100 scale where 1 mL = 100 units — U-30, U-50 and U-100 only change how big the barrel is, not the math. Single vial is one peptide. FAQ
Bacteriostatic water — sterile water with a tiny amount of benzyl alcohol so a mixed vial stays stable. It's the standard liquid used to reconstitute a lyophilised (freeze-dried) peptide. This tool only does the math.
Enough to make your dose easy to measure. There's no single "right" amount — more water means a bigger, easier-to-read draw; less water means a smaller one. Use the round-number mixes above to land your dose on a clean unit like 10, 20 or 25.
On a U-100 syringe, 1 mL = 100 units, so 0.1 mL is 10 units. That ratio holds whether the barrel is 0.3 mL, 0.5 mL or 1 mL — the smaller barrels are just easier to read for tiny draws.
Only the barrel size. U-30 holds 30 units, U-50 holds 50, U-100 holds 100. The unit scale is identical on all three — pick the smallest one your draw fits in for the cleanest read.
